Order Processing

- All confirmed orders are shipped within 2 working days (business days).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During festive seasons or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timelines

- Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 working days depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, or natural disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp update with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your package directly through the courier’s website or via the “Track My Order” section

Delivery Policy

- Deliveries will be attempted at the provided shipping address during normal business hours.
- In case of a missed delivery attempt, our courier partner may re-attempt or contact you directly.
- Please ensure your contact number and address details are accurate to avoid delays.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, kindly share an unboxing video with us at bluemogra26@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review and arrange for a replacement or refund as per the Refund & Exchange Policy.
